Let's do lunch.

(Here is my super cute lunch tote by Built NY. Help me fill it up!)
Things I already bring: Lean Cuisines (but we only buy them on sale, which is not often), Lean Pockets, sandwiches, soups, and sometimes leftovers. These things are always paired up with baby carrots, an apple, and a diet soda.
I generally like to throw everything into my lunch bag and go. No fuss. But I'm also really bored with my choices.
So, please, give me suggestions. What do you bring for lunch? Any ideas for me?
Edited to add: Salads are OK, but I get bored with them very quickly. And as far as appliances... at work, I only have access to a microwave. Oh, and a toaster oven--but only for the next two weeks (moving offices again).

I'm attempting to bring leftovers more often. I'm not a fan of leftover usually so this is a big step for me.
If I have time I'll make salads at night and bring them.
Cute lunch bag.
Have you tried wraps?
I like to bring grilled chicken strips to work as I find them really filling and healthy and yummy with a salad!
I love munching on a plain bagel (only 3 WW points).
I also really like pasta salads - with pesto or tomato sauce or tuna, sweetcorn and mayonnaise.
I'm not sure if you have a microwave at work but a jacket potato is always a nice thing to have when it's cold... paired with almost anything - sour cream, greek yogurt, baked beans, leftover chilli/bolognaise....
Cite bag by the way!
laptop lunches have good recipes
Sometimes I mix up the sides that I bring. So since the seasons are changing and more fresh fruit is becoming available and on sale you could mix it up that way. Strawberries? Bananas? Melon slices? What about doing oatmeal for lunch instead of breakfast? Peanut butter on a rice cake? (Sounds gross...but I actually found it to be good). Baked potato with salsa and some protein?
I try to cook a little extra at dinner and then just package it up to grab for work the next day. Or my husband makes me a sandwich while he makes his lunch.
I do lean cuisines, lean pockets, sandwiches, salads, tuna salad and crackers, veggies dippers and yogurt, smoothies, assorted fruit, cottage cheese...not much change from where you're at, but maybe a few different idea's.
I don't have anymore suggestions than you already have, but your lunch box is super cute! That makes me want to begin a search for a cute lunchbox. I have a very boring one by tupperware (I think).
