Wow, I am boring.

Friday, April 3, 2009

I am in a serious blogging rut, y'all.

(And apparently I'm channeling Paula Deen.)

I think this is the worst it has ever been. Not only can I not think of anything to write about these days, but I'm also kind of feeling like I don't want to write. I guess you can say that I am seriously uninspired.

It's been like this for weeks. I've been trying to fight it, but I do apologize, my dear readers, because I don't think I've been doing a very good job.

And life? Well, life has been really routine. Nothing out of the ordinary. Nothing especially fun going on. So, that? It just feeds the boring.

The only thing I am feeling like I can promise is that it won't be like this forever. I appreciate all of you sticking with me.

If you want to go the extra mile, perhaps you all could give me a little bit of inspiration. Help me get my fingers tap, tap, tapping the keys again. Is there something I've mentioned in passing that I should talk more about? Is there anything inquiring minds want to know?

*crickets*

Bueller? Buell--No? Well, OK then. I'll try to get the wheels turning again...

When I start to get bored, I try a new recipe or start a new craft project. That way it gives you something new to blog about...

I've seen other bloggers open some posts to a q&a session. And you can span this out for a couple of posts...

Just some thoughts! :)

Maybe if you visit a repository of information or fun videos and see if anything catches your eye to share.

I'm starting to run out of things to photograph sadly.

I'm having the same problem...all I do is work, life is boring right now...

I'm sure things will get more exciting soon, Summer is just around the corner!

All I can say is that I LOVE your blog and that it is a testament to your great writing that you can feel bored/boring/uninspired and we can find your blog interesting and inspiring!

At Christmas time you mentioned how you made albums for your parents with wedding pictures. You could blog about that. I have made a few books, but it always nice to get inspiration from others.

I have no clue what you can blog about...but I am also in a rut, and when that happens I usually read your blog...so I hope you get out of your rut soon so that I can get out of mine :-P
